The Children’s Society

Global Action Plan (GAP)
GAP’s early focus was on climate change but it has now started researching and writing reports on the digital wellbeing of children and the dangers of technology. It has recently highlighted the issue of tech companies targeting children with advertising in the UK in breach of regulation and supported the litigation against Google re YouTube currently in the courts.
Mind
Mind offers information and advice to people with mental-health issues and lobbies government and local authorities on their behalf. It also seeks to raise public awareness and understanding of issues related to mental health.
